This House was designed and built for Jacques and Nancy Herzog. 4,600 heated square feet 7,500 with portals and garage. This home has a grand master, master, and two other bedrooms. The house is Adobe/Rastra hybrid, using the adobes natural solar value for holding cool during the summer and heat during the winter. The Rastra provides an insulation value that exceeds Universal building code. All walls are adobe throughout the house; we do not like to cheapen a house by using frame.

Hand plastered diamond finished walls dyed to client specs. Hand carved wood work, tile base boards, and attention to details. This home has high-end finishes and fixtures.

This home is available for tour by appointment and serves as our model.
